Titan Bathrooms Ltd reserve all rights to modify, change, alter or update terms and information, and you agree to be bound by the modifications made.
We have taken the upmost care in making sure all product information, colours and prices are correct. We cannot guarantee the colour/appearance of goods. This will vary according to the resolution of the print and screen type of your computer, and for that reason, all sizes quoted are approximate.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change prices and information without prior notice. All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are suggested selling prices inc VAT @ 20.00%.
We reserve all rights to withdraw any product from the Brochure/Website or Showroom. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product, or content of the brochure/web site, refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. In the event a product has been listed at an incorrect price by error of information given at the time, human error or Tax or Duty changes, we will have the right to refuse and correct any of the products involved, whether or not the order has been confirmed by us. If your credit/debit card has been charged, we will cancel your order, and immediately issue a credit to your card to the value of the incorrect price, which will also include delivery charges. And you will have the option to purchase the item again at the correct price.
Working days mean everyday of the year except Saturdays, Sundays, English statutory days and public holidays.
Titan Bathrooms Ltd are only bound by the laws of Great Britain.
The customer has to accept responsibility of the delivery. If there is no-one at the address the item(s) will be taken back by the courier and the customer will have to re-arrange delivery and by paying any additional costs involved. We will not keep any items for you in storage. We will deliver according to our original note. If your plumber let’s you down or feel your house is too cramped to take the delivery then we advise you tell us immediately when the order is placed; by email only to [email protected], quoting your order number, name and address and when you want the items to be delivered. Postponement of the delivery can only be a maximum of five working days. Three working days’ notice must be given if you like to change your delivery date.
We are only bound by the laws and regulations of England and Wales. As such you are covered by English Legal Distance Selling Regulations. The customer has full freedom to cancel or return their order for a full refund within seven days of placing the order, exclusions that are covered in this legislation will apply. Postage and carriage has to be paid by the customer if they are returning the goods. All goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. A refund will not be given if it does not comply with this stipulation.
(Beyond distance selling regulations)
Titan Bathrooms Ltd will only exchange a product if the returned item is still in its original condition, unopened and we are able to resell it. A charge of 20% will be payable by the customer on the retuned item for handling (30% on Utopia furniture) inluding the VAT We are able to provide goods so cheap because we keep costs to a minimum. Customers changing their minds do not help us to keep these costs down so we will only exchange if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods AND Titan Bathrooms agree to the return. If you are unable to choose any goods immediately then a credit will be shown on your account. This credit will only be valid for 12 months from the date of the returned goods. You will lose it if you don’t use it.
Returns must only be made with a completed returns form. You must Email Titan Bathrooms Ltd (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request this form and reference number.
Do not return any items without the returns number, as this will result in administration charges.
We will only exchange or refund products that are returned within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase. Products must be in original packaging & condition and not been installed in any way. This does not apply to special orders or ex-display products as they are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all returns and associated costs This is in addition to your statutory rights. Titan Bathrooms recognise all UK regulations and legislation, including the rights of the consumer covered within the Distance Selling Regulations. We want you to 100% satisfied with your purchase.
All products that are supplied by Titan Bathrooms Ltd, carry a guarantee of 12 months. Some manufacturers may give a longer guarantee. Any extended manufacturers guarantees are not backed by Titan Bathrooms Ltd. We pass on guarantee and manufacturers warranties in good faith, and they form no part of your contract with Titan Bathrooms Ltd.. Most manufacturers provide an after sales team of engineers who will come out and fix any problems that you may have with their products. If this type of service exists, we would provide you with the telephone numbers, which will speed up the process by you dealing with them direct. If you are not satisfied with the service they provide, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems you may have. If the product(s) is returned and has been installed and used for any period of time, and no faults have been found, you will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you. Do not remove any installed item unless authorised by a member of Titan Bathroom staff If the item is faulty.
Titan Bathrooms will only be liable for the value of the faulty goods, no other losses can be reimbursed, this includes fitting, subsequent damage to other goods or any other loss or injury as a result of the faulty item Delivery has to be paid by the customer on faulty goods, initially. If the fault is found to be genuine then a full refund will be offered including delivery charges.
